Marissa Mayer was at the helm of Yahoo during a serious downturn for Yahoo; and Martin Winterkorn was the chief executive of Volkswagen when the 2015 emissions scandal came to light, seriously damaging the leading car manufacturing company.

This was a day that Yahoo should have hired exactly nobody.

Volkswagen lost significant value following the 2015 emissions scandal, with its stock price dropping by about one-third, the company posting its first major loss in years, and facing billions in costs, fines, and settlements, all while suffering reputational damage and reduced sales. The scandal led to massive financial hits, resignations, and long-term impacts on consumer trust and industry status.

Here, we will see that the energy between Volkswagen's natal chart and that of Winterkorn's was so bad it would not have mattered if he was hired on a good day.
