The astrology of murder - how the planets conspired against Mackenzie Lueck
Mackenzie Lueck arrived at the Hatch Park expecting a social encounter of sorts, not knowing that the murderous energies of Xanthus was exactly quincunx her Chiron, peaking at 4:24 that morning. In this analysis of Mackenzie’s murder we will look at the energetic configuration of her killer, the astrological alignments that put her at risk – and how it all came together during her early-morning death.

The Killer
We begin by looking at the psychopathic energies of the killer – this is a man who wanted to build a sound-proof torture chamber underneath his house. He planned to kill Mackenzie all along, just to know what it felt like.
The Killer’s Mars-Pluto t-square
By itself, the killer’s exact Sedna-Pluto-Mars t-square signifies a propensity for violence. It is virtually guaranteed that this man will be dominating and oppressive (Pluto) and mercilessly (Sedna) violent (Mars). Women should stay away.
When we overlay the positive Jupiter-Neptune trine, there’s potential redemption: this trine holds amazing scope, including real estate, music and work in health and arts.
This could be a powerful musician or artist.
However, by itself the tight Jupiter-Sedna conjunction and its midpoint represents progress (Jupiter) based on false premises (Sedna). Unless you operate with extreme integrity, Sedna will turn into an oscillating gratification engine that’s guaranteed to result in downfall.

We will now look at something scary: how her energies related to this dangerous alignment.
In the same way that it takes us a while to assimilate the energies of a room and the people within it, so too it takes time to perceive astrological tensions and attractions.

Her Chiron links to both his Jupiter and Mars – these are super-potent energies that can easily drive a person to meet someone in a park at night. Chiron-Mars is powerful sexual romance and Chiron-Jupiter is one of the most powerful romance linkages there is.
Mackenzie probably thought she was in a Romeo-and-Juliet play. The planetary eclipse between her Jupiter and his Neptune draped roses across the night. She was in romance.

We now put the focus back on Mackenzie Lueck, looking at her natal astrology - where we find alignments that speak of danger and potential murder.
Mistress for advantage
Mackenzie had a Grand Cross involving Vesta, Juno, Lilith and Kleopatra.
Unlike Juno of mythology, the Juno of functional astrology rules the “mistress,” the “me-first” attitude, casual sex and deceit. Juno is super-sexual and often acts as a man-magnet.
Vesta rules popularity and is friendly and congenial, while Kleopatra uses sexual power for gain and Lilith symbolizes demonic behavior. It’s important to notice that Lilith can mean either being the victim or the perpetrator.
Synastry with a killer
Here we see how the killer's Chiron links to Mackenzie's Juno, this creates strong sexual and romantic attraction. The Chiron-Vesta quincunx is a good connector for friendship. He is using his sexuality and charisma to attract. Meanwhile, we have two Kleopatra games squaring off against one another: the killer’s Chiron, Varuna and Kleopatra – symbolizing noteworthy (Chiron) and excessive (Varuna) sexual manipulation for advantage (Kleopatra) ties into Mackenzie's Grand Cross.
Sporty, super-sexual and outgoing communicator
The bi-directional Venus-Pluto quincunx is both a super sport aspect and a super-sexual aspect for women – Mackenzie’s was exact. Uranus adds excitement, flair and a friendly attitude while Mercury adds communication and swiftness; the Venus-Uranus square can indicate “flings” and changeability when it comes to partners – and Varuna add an excessive quality to the whole equation.
More synastry with a killer
The killer’s Sun, Mercury and Saturn tie into this alignment – representing a man (Sun) of deceitful (Saturn) communication (Mercury).
Charismatic sexual power and seduction
In the declinations, Mackenzie had parallels between Chiron, Pluto and Juno.
This is a super-sexual, charismatic and seductive alignment. Remember that Juno also rules “deceit” and that apart from power, Pluto also rules secrets and mysteries. Mackenzie was able to keep her extra-curricular activities a secret from her friends and family, but she mentioned it to a former police officer who she met in a bar.
Even more synastry with a killer
The killer’s Lilith and Juno – representing demonic sexuality and deceit – tied into her alignment. There’s a lot of sexual attraction here, and the murder energy rides into her life on Lilith, like a Trojan Horse.
Mackenzie’s karmic trouble
Perhaps more alarming than the sexual and social energies we have looked at so far, is the alignment between her Jupiter, Chiron, Ceres, Sedna, Xanthus and the Jupiter/Sedna midpoint.
Chiron by itself can represent karma and when we have a problematic planet like Sedna interacting with Jupiter, we get karmic overtones. Xanthus, representing problems all the way to mass murder makes it worse and Ceres will just accelerate everything.
This alignment speaks of “karmic trouble” and since Chiron also represents “life” and Jupiter represents “wisdom” and “success” – we can suspect that making bad (Sedna) choices can result in critical risk for Mackenzie.

Seeking Arrangement
Coming back to Utah at 2am after having been to California to attend her grandmother’s funeral, Mackenzie took a Lyft car to Hatch Park where she was met by someone in a car.
It wasn’t long before it was revealed she had a profile on the Seeking Arrangement website – where members operate along the Sugar Daddy – Sugar Baby protocol. She became a member on 21 May 2019 using the name BeachBaby96, promoting herself as “drama free”.
Even without the use of functional astrology, one might suggest enrolling on this site – where 50 million people and at least one would-be murderer were members – was a bad idea. With the use of Magi Astrology, it becomes obvious: how this act will play out in her life will be represented by how the transits of the day interacted with her natal astrology.
The Kleopatra drive
Transiting Kleopatra was an important factor in her signing up.
The transiting Kleopatra, representing using sexual power to gain advantage, was aspecting her “super-sexual and outgoing communicator” alignment when she signed up.
The Kleopatra to Mercury quincunx was exact that day, prompting her to enroll on the website (Uranus) that promotes and extreme (Varuna) sex (Venus and Pluto) for money (Venus) protocol (Mercury) allowing her to gain status and money (Kleopatra) for companionship and sex (Venus and Pluto).
Inviting murder into her life
While the previous transits on the day she signed up were dodgy, the ones we will look at now are horrendous. In this chart we are looking at transits in the declinations and in the longitudes. The Xanthus opposition to Chiron and the Kleopatra trine to Pluto were both exact to within a few days.
Kleopatra trine Pluto drives the manipulation, risk, obsession, super-ego and undeserved self-esteem energies of the symbolisms; the Xanthus-Chiron opposition speaks of not-life due to murder.
In the declinations, Mackenzie’s charismatic-sexual-power-and-seduction alignment was being activated by the transiting Sedna, Xanthus and Kleopatra, representing merciless (Sedna) destruction and murder (Xanthus) due to sexual power games (Kleopatra).
All the Xanthus (murder) transits were exact on that day.
The day of the murder
We have now established there was an explosive planetary mixture ready to be set alight between Mackenzie and the killer. We will look at three different alignments that take place at the same time, and I think that even without knowing any of the other information we have looked at, it would be fair to say that for Mackenzie, this was a day when she ought to have taken extreme caution.
Transits to the karmic alignment
Perhaps not unexpectedly, the karmic alignment will provide us with the most exact “trigger” to explain what happened. Xanthus is an astrobody that moves fast, taking a bit over a year to make a lap around the Sun.
The transits by Xanthus to the karmic alignment were precise, with the quincunx to Chiron being exact at 04:24 that morning. All the others were exact on the day, and Xanthus was exactly parallel natal Xanthus that morning.
The Kleopatra contraparallel to Chiron was applying and three days out. The transiting planets speak of destruction (Xanthus) due to attraction (Venus) and the ambition for money and power (Kleopatra and Venus) – this triggers the danger in the natal alignment.
Venus making such favorable transits to her natal Chiron and Jupiter put her in a romantic and trusting mode, completing the karmic trap.
Transits to the social-sexual alignment
The transiting astrobodies that interacted with her natal sexual and social alignment were Ceres and Vesta – translating as overly (Ceres) friendly (Vesta) and financially motivated (Ceres). She was both charming and eager that morning.
Transits to the charismatic-sexual DEK alignment
On the day of the murder, the transiting Vesta, Sedna, Xanthus and Kleopatra were aspecting Mackenzie’s charismatic-and-sexual alignment in the declinations. Several of the aspects were exact to within four days.
The 20-20 hindsight
Mackenzie Lueck took risks that resulted in her murder. Risk-taking is not an uncommon human behavior, especially among young people.
